This policy describes how Prashna (operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], “we”) collects and uses your information when you use our website and consultation services.

What we collect

Booking details: your name, email, phone number, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers). Birth details: date, time and place of birth, and the topics you wish to discuss, collected through the booking intake. Session records: consultations are recorded, with your consent collected at booking, to deliver your recording and for quality review. Usage data: we use Meta Pixel and similar analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site, including advertising identifiers such as UTM parameters.

Accounts and saved chats

If you create an account, we store your email address, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself), the birth profiles you add (name, birth date, time and place), and your chat transcripts. Profiles and their chats are kept until you delete the profile from your account page. To delete your entire account, email namaste@prashna.example.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

How we use it

To prepare your astrological charts, conduct and deliver your consultation (recording and written guidance sheet), provide follow-up support, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service and advertising. Quality review of session recordings is done to enforce our ethics policy.

What we never do

We never sell your personal information. We never share your birth details or session contents with anyone other than the astrologer conducting your consultation and the staff who prepare your deliverables.

Retention and deletion

Session recordings and birth details are kept so you can request copies and book follow-ups. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing namaste@prashna.example.com; we will delete it within 30 days except where retention is required for tax, payment-dispute, or legal purposes.

Cookies and advertising

We use cookies and the Meta Pixel for site analytics and to measure advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of personalized advertising through your Meta ad preferences.

Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
