These terms govern your use of Prashna (operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME]). By booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to them.

Nature of the service — please read this first

Vedic astrology consultations and related services are provided for spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and no outcome is predicted or guaranteed. You must be 18 or older to book.

Our astrologers offer perspective rooted in the Vedic tradition to support your own reflection and decision-making. They will not diagnose or advise on medical or psychological conditions, predict or advise on legal, immigration or court outcomes, provide financial or investment advice, or make predictions concerning death. Decisions you make remain entirely your own responsibility.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked through our scheduling provider and paid in advance in USD via Stripe. Prices shown at checkout are final and inclusive. You must provide accurate birth details; readings depend on them.

Reschedule and refund policy

Reschedule: free up to 24 hours before your session (one free reschedule per booking). Full refund: if you cancel 24 or more hours before your session; if your astrologer fails to attend; or if we fail to deliver your session recording. No refund: for no-shows without notice, cancellations within 24 hours, or dissatisfaction with how guidance unfolds in your life — we make no outcome promises, and that honesty cuts both ways. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Recordings and deliverables

Sessions are recorded with your consent (collected at booking) so we can deliver your recording and written guidance sheet and review quality against our ethics policy. Your deliverables are for your personal use; our astrologers’ likenesses and materials may not be redistributed commercially.

Conduct

We maintain a strict ethics policy: our astrologers will never use fear to sell, guarantee outcomes, or pressure you into purchases. Equally, we reserve the right to end (with refund) sessions involving abusive behavior.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the consultation in question.
